Cristine Kelly is the Principal of Fix Creative- a management consultancy serving mission-driven organizations. The firm focuses on interim management, leadership transition, strategic planning, organizational design, and fund development.

Cristine founded Fix Creative to help the nonprofit sector innovate, thrive and grow. A specialist in executive leadership transition, she’s guided organizations and Boards through times of significant change and restructuring- recently facilitating the merger of the Oakland Youth Chorus with the Oakland Interfaith Gospel Choir.

As a catalyst, she builds alliances, finds unexpected paths, and helps others succeed in their work. As an activist, she encourages innovation, synthesizes and analyzes the best levers for change, and then moves those ideas to action. Before founding Fix Creative, she served as executive director to organizations in the arts and social sectors, was a small business owner, an equestrian and a teacher.

Cristine is a passionate ally and champion of equity and diversity, and has familiarity working in international, rural and urban landscapes. She holds a BA in Nonprofit Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and considers herself a lifelong learner. She is a mom to five awesome adults, a sometime poet, and has produced one film she’s extremely proud of, which garnered her being named an American Graduate Champion for her work in the field of arts education by PBS.
