Louise Franklin

Louise Franklin is a seasoned nonprofit consultant specializing in leadership transition and organizational change. This includes serving as interim executive director and executive coach and board training during critical times of change. She is also experienced in the development of organizational assessments and strategic planning processes. She has provided leadership for organizations ranging in scope from local to international services and with budgets of up to $7 million.

Louise is deeply committed to the vitality of nonprofit organizations. She stresses communication and inclusivity and excels at working with all people involved including staff, board and key stakeholders that may have become stressed or feel disenfranchised due to internal strife, leadership transition or financial challenges. With more than 30 years of experience, Louise emphasizes leadership that restores commitment to mission and vision through a values-based, collaborative style that allows her to quickly identify and address key challenges.
